Bespoke WordPress for businesses, councils, and charities

Every website we build is bespoke to the client — there are no templates we drop your logo into. We design and assemble every page through TP PageForge, our in-house WordPress page builder, so each page is consistent, structurally sound, accessibility-compliant, and SEO-correct from the moment it is published. Hosted on our infrastructure. Maintained by the team that built it. Owned by you.

Silver — from £2,500 + VAT

Bespoke SEO-optimised website built from scratch for businesses starting their digital journey. Up to ~10 pages, fully responsive, accessibility-compliant.

Gold — from £5,000 + VAT

Larger bespoke websites with custom functionality, deeper content architecture, and integrated booking, ecommerce, or directory features as required.

Platinum — from £7,500 + VAT

Complex bespoke solutions involving custom plugin work, integrations, or multi-site architecture. Quoted after a detailed discovery call.

Parish council — from £2,000 + VAT

WCAG 2.2 AA compliant, Assertion 10 ready, .gov.uk registered (approved registrar), document workflow included.

Town council — from £3,000 + VAT

Larger council scope with higher document volume, news and notice publishing, and full Assertion 10 compliance.

Charity — from £2,000 + VAT

Registered charities — fixed rate for compliance-grade transparency, document publishing, and accessible content.

The engine

TP PageForge — our in-house page builder

TP PageForge is the WordPress plugin we built and maintain ourselves to assemble pages programmatically from a controlled design set. Every page on the site you're reading right now was built through PageForge — and so is every page of every site we deliver. It is the reason a 70-page local SEO build (see the Total Access Scaffolding case study) is now economically realistic for a small contractor rather than a five-figure undertaking.

Every page comes out structurally identical, accessibility-correct, with SEO metadata wired in the first time — no hand-built pages drifting apart, no inconsistent markup, no retrofitted compliance work weeks later.

Simplify Reservations

Flexible booking tools and availability management.

Support Visitors Instantly

Smart conversations directly through your website.

Built Around Your Business

Tailored systems designed for the way you work.

Most agencies pick a page builder (Elementor, Divi, WPBakery), buy a theme, and customise the result. The page builder is owned by someone else, the theme is owned by someone else, the SEO plugin is owned by someone else, and when any one of them changes, the site quietly breaks.

Why our web design is different

We own our stack. PageForge is ours. TP SEO Tool is ours. Most of the booking, event, and learner-management plugins in the case studies are ours. When something needs fixing, it is our codebase, not a third-party support ticket.

Accessibility

Built in, not bolted on

Every site is built to WCAG 2.2 AA — the latest published accessibility standard, above the current legal minimum. Semantic markup, proper heading hierarchy, alt text discipline, colour contrast tested, keyboard navigation, screen reader friendly. For council and charity clients this is a legal requirement under the Public Sector Bodies Accessibility Regulations 2018. For everyone else it is the right way to build, and it also happens to be exactly what Google rewards.

Every site we build is hosted on Technophobia infrastructure on a Hostinger VPS — managed, monitored, and maintained by us. Hosting is bundled with maintenance: Standard at £25 per month or £250 per year + VAT, Full at £50 per month or £500 per year + VAT. Annual pricing pays 10 months and gets 2 months free.

Hosted on our infrastructure

You do not buy hosting from a third party, you do not manage updates, and you do not get caught between four suppliers when something goes wrong.

WordPress, properly

The most-used CMS, built well

WordPress is the engine for two reasons. It is the world most widely-used content management system, which means your team can find help anywhere if they need it. And it is genuinely capable of running complex commercial websites when it is built properly — by people who understand it at a code level rather than just installing plugins. Every site we deliver is WordPress, hosted on our infrastructure, with the page builder, SEO tool, and most functional plugins authored by us.

If your website needs to take payment for products, services, sessions, places, vouchers, or events, the Gold and Platinum tiers integrate WooCommerce, Stripe, and our productised booking plugins (Holiday Home Booking, Outdoor Pursuits Booking, Village Hall Booking, Appointment Booking, TP Food, Motorhome Booking) directly.

Ecommerce and bookings on the same site, if needed

Sultan Delights, Way Out West, Kirksanton Village Hall, and West Lakes Stays all run their commercial operations on this combined stack.

Maintenance

Straight pricing, no use-it-or-lose-it

Maintenance is a flat monthly or annual subscription. Standard £25/month or £250/year + VAT covers WordPress and plugin updates, security monitoring, and reasonable support requests. Full £50/month or £500/year + VAT covers all of the above plus content updates, accessibility re-audits, and proactive ranking checks. Annual pricing is 10 months paid, 2 months free. We do not do retainer hour-counting on maintenance — you get the service you pay for, and we do not charge extra for sensible support.

FAQs

Silver from £2,500 + VAT is a bespoke SEO-optimised website built from scratch — typically up to around 10 pages, fully responsive, WCAG 2.2 AA compliant. Gold from £5,000 + VAT is a larger build with custom functionality, deeper content architecture, and integrated booking, ecommerce, or directory features. Platinum from £7,500 + VAT covers complex bespoke solutions, custom plugin work, or multi-site architecture. All quoted as fixed prices after a discovery call.

TP PageForge is the in-house WordPress page builder we built and use to assemble every page on every site we deliver. It is the engine behind the consistency, accessibility, and SEO discipline of our builds. Clients do not manage PageForge directly — we use it to produce your site. You edit content through the standard WordPress admin.

We have a fixed parish council, town council, and charity rate (from £2,000 + VAT for parish council and charity, from £3,000 + VAT for town council) that already factors in the lower budget. We don't apply additional percentage discounts on top of that — it is a single transparent rate.

Hosting with us is the default — every site is built on TP PageForge, our SEO plugin, and (where relevant) our booking plugins, which all sit on our managed Hostinger VPS. We can discuss hosting elsewhere for unusual cases but the site is designed to run best on our infrastructure, where we can support it properly.

Maintenance covers WordPress and plugin updates, security monitoring, daily backups, and reasonable support requests. Standard £25/month or £250/year + VAT. Full £50/month or £500/year + VAT also covers content updates and accessibility re-audits. Annual pricing pays 10 months and gets 2 free. We strongly recommend maintenance — an unmaintained WordPress site becomes a security liability within months.

Typical builds run around 4 weeks from discovery call to launch, dependent on how quickly content is finalised on your side. Larger Gold and Platinum builds with custom plugin work take longer and are quoted with milestone dates in the discovery write-up.
