Our existing portfolio includes booking systems for holiday lets, campsites and village halls, a learner management system handling ESFA-compliant training records, and a food ordering platform with delivery slot management. Every plugin started as a real client problem that no commercial alternative could solve properly.

An enquiry arrives at hello@ — it's logged, categorised, the urgent ones flagged, the rest get a holding reply with the right information.

Bespoke system builds

When the South Cumbria Skills Exchange needed a system to replace spreadsheets, paper registers and emailed assignments, the commercial alternatives — MAYTAS, Tribal, ProSolution — started at prices that would have consumed a significant portion of their annual budget. So we built them what they needed instead.

Four role-based dashboards in React, nineteen custom database tables, thirty-one REST API controllers, full ILR compliance for DfE reporting, GDPR built into the architecture, attendance tracking, grant-funded hour calculations, assignment submission, tutor feedback, PDF invoicing, automated emails and a complete audit trail. Built in 23 calendar days. £260 in hard costs against a traditional estimate of £97,500 to £137,500. In daily use today and has cut administrative time by more than half.
