This policy explains how to raise a complaint about Technophobia Ltd and how we handle it. We serve business customers (B2B).

1. Scope
  • Covers our services, invoices, communication, and conduct.

2. How to complain

Email is fastest. We keep a record and assign a reference.

3. What to include
  • Your name, company, and contact details.
  • Invoice or project reference (if relevant).
  • What went wrong, dates and times, and any impact.
  • What you would like us to do.
4. What happens next
  1. Acknowledge: we confirm we’ve received your complaint and give you a reference.
  2. Review: a manager reviews facts, speaks to the team, and may ask you for more detail.
  3. Response: we reply with findings and proposed steps.
  4. Follow-up: if agreed, we deliver the fix and confirm closure with you.

If you’re not happy with the response, reply to the same thread and ask for a director review. We will respond within 5 business days.

As we serve businesses, we are not part of a consumer ADR scheme.

  • We log complaints for audit and service improvement.
  • We keep complaint records for up to 24 months.
