• Prefer renewable power for data centres and offices where available.
• Manage e-waste responsibly (WEEE) and wipe data before disposal.

• Follow UK GDPR and our DPA when handling personal data.
• Use MFA, encryption at rest and in transit, and patch promptly.
• Report incidents without delay via hello@technophobia.uk.

• No sub-contracting our work without written consent.
• Flow this code and relevant contractual terms to all approved sub-contractors.

• Keep basic records showing compliance (policies, statements, certifications).
• Provide reasonable evidence on request. Site visits may be arranged for higher-risk work.

• Report suspected breaches or risks to hello@technophobia.uk or use our Whistleblowing Policy.

• We may require a corrective plan, suspend work, or end the contract.
