Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Last updated: 14 September 2025

This Acceptable Use Policy sets the rules for using Technophobia Ltd websites, hosted services (including any n8n instances we run), sandboxes, and support channels. It sits alongside our MSA, Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and SLA.

1. Scope and who this applies to
  • Applies to anyone using our website, hosted environments we provide, and our support channels.
  • Clients are responsible for their users’ compliance.
  • Client-owned platforms are covered by your policies; this AUP sets our minimums when we access them.
2. Fair use
  • Use services as intended and within agreed scope.
  • Keep traffic reasonable for your plan and avoid excessive polling.
  • Respect API rate limits and back-off headers.
