Every marketing message names us as the sender and includes an opt-out.

3. Lawful basis
  • Consent: where you subscribe to our newsletter or tick a box on a form.
  • Soft opt-in: where we obtained your details in a sale or sale negotiation for similar services. You can opt out at any time.
  • Legitimate interests (B2B): business contacts at corporate subscribers about relevant services, with a clear opt-out.
  • Contract: messages needed to deliver a service you asked for (transactional).

We do not hide identity or spoof sender details.
